Detailer / Light Mechanic

Responsibilities

As a Detailer/Mechanic, you will have a high level of accountability for our inventory such as:

  • Ensuring the dealership looks exciting and inviting to customers
  • Utilizing your mechanical skills to evaluate and repair inventory
  • Assisting the front office with customer service and collections
  • Detailing vehicles

Qualifications

Responsibilities

As the general manager, you will have a high level of accountability for all dealership functions including, but not limited to:

  • Generating revenue by executing the company sales process utilizing the CRM to achieve performance objectives
  • Managing the process of collecting delinquent customer accounts
  • Inventory management of 25 to 30 vehicles
  • Dealership presentation including facility and property management

  • Develop and maintain an adequate talent pool to meet current and future needs.

As a Regional Account Manager, you will have a high level of accountability for overseeing all customer account functions collection activities in assigned dealerships.  

Primary responsibilities:
  • Partnering with the Account Representatives in assigned stores to maximize their collection performance

  • Audit debt-to-income and scoring calculations on all new sales to ensure compliance
