Detailer / Light Mechanic

Responsibilities

As a Detailer/Mechanic, you will have a high level of accountability for our inventory such as:

  • Ensuring the dealership looks exciting and inviting to customers
  • Utilizing your mechanical skills to evaluate and repair inventory
  • Assisting the front office with customer service and collections
  • Detailing vehicles

Qualifications

  • Previous detailing and/or auto mechanical experience

Responsibilities

As the general manager, you will have a high level of accountability for all dealership functions including, but not limited to:

  • Generating revenue by executing the company sales process utilizing the CRM to achieve performance objectives
  • Managing the process of collecting delinquent customer accounts
  • Inventory management of 25 to 30 vehicles
  • Dealership presentation including facility and property management
  • Managing 2-3 employees: account representative, detailer/light mechanic

As a Truck Driver, you will have a high level of accountability for ourinventory such as:

  • Transporting inventory safely and efficiently to our dealerships
  • Performing light mechanical repairs to semi-truck as needed
  • Ensuring all FMCSR and DOT regulations are adhered to
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service and teamwork when interacting with dealerships

Qualifications

While customer service is the #1 skill you can bring to our team, the following skills and attributes will be integral to your success:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • One year of previous CDL driving experience; prefer previous car-hauling experience
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivation and a strong desire to succeed

  • Valid CDL Class A license and current DOT physical card
  • Computer literacy

Asset Recovery Specialist

Responsibilities

As an Asset Recovery Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing and processing legal proceedings for charge-offs:

  • Prepare charge-off files as they come into the department, statue them appropriately.
  • Set auction sales of repossessed vehicles, post auction payments after sales
  • Process, post and import customer payments
  • Phone calls to customers as needed to locate customers or vehicles.
  • Call customers that are set up for payment arrangements.
  • Other duties may be assigned as needed.

  • 2 years of legal/collections experience.
  • Proficient in excel
  • High level of organizational skills required to coordinate complex processes.

Compliance Administrator II

Responsibilities

As the Compliance Administrator, you will have a high level of accountability in assisting the Compliance Manager.  Primary responsibilities:

  • Responsible for timely and accurately processing credit reporting.
  • Responsible for responding to direct and indirect consumer credit disputes
  • Assists in processing bankruptcy cases.
  • Conducts OFAC processing.
  • Processes special agreements – modifications, consolidations, etc. – in response to field requests.
  • Calculates sales tax refunds.
  • Provides data analysis as needed.

  • Experience in a legal environment or financial institution.
